Yunnan Mixian with Shredded Pork

Ingredients (1serving, 300kcal)
Fresh beancurd sheet 1pc
Shredded pork 60g
Bean sprouts 50g
Yunnan pickled cabbage 30g
Shredded red chili 1tbsp
Chick broth 200ml
- Rinse ingredients and drain.
- Blanch the mixian, beancurd sheet, pork and sprouts then drain.
- Cook the Yunnan pickled cabbage in a pot of chicken broth for 2 1/2minutes.
- Reheat mixian, beancurd sheet, pork and sprouts in the broth for 1 1/2minutes. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with the shredded red chili.
Mixian is lower in fat and energy as compared to instant noodles.
